Valley View practice room

We will meet in room 207 for all practice tonight. 

THURSDAY PRACTICE

We will meet in Valley View.  The room will be in the 230s.  I can't be sure which room exactly until we see where debate falls.

Practice for the Week of Novemeber 17.

Novice: If you are in Storytelling or Extemp Reading you will NOT meet tomorrow.  Your materials are not ready for you yet.  So please plan to attend on THURSDAY this week at 6:00.  We will go through your materials and event at that time.

Great Speeches, Info, and Prose: You will meet on Monday at 7:00. 

Traveling team you will still meet at the 8:00PM.

THURSDAY: We will be in alternate rooms this day so please watch the blog for the new room.

Reminders!

Speech Team a few reminders that need to be done!

Registration:  If you have not registered you need to do so and pick up your pass to bring to practice.  If you do not bring it to practice you will not be able to stay. 

Athletic Wear: Athletic wear orders are DUE TODAY.  If you are interested in ordering it is a firm deadline.

Dowling: Traveling Team.  We are looking for Dowling Forms this by MONDAY, 17th.  We will get a rough count at practice tonight.

Monday, 10th

NO SPEECH PRACTICE for NOVICE or TRAVELING TEAM on MONDAY, November 10th. 

There is a good chance that we will have a lot of snow headed our way so we want to keep us all as safe as we can! 

Parent Meeting - November 11th

This is a reminder that we have a parent meeting on November 11th in the Community Room (333) at 6:00PM in the EHS.  It should last no longer than an hour and will let parents know the schedule for the season and some exciting happenings in speech.

Dowling - Des Moines IA

The Dowling Tournament will be December 12th and 13th.  This will be a fairly inexpensive traveling tournament for those on the traveling team.  You will miss school on Friday and be home late Saturday evening.   We need your forms turned in on Monday, November 17.
